- Building constructed in 1922, originally a government laboratory.

What to see
- A two-story stone building at the foot of Mount Shinobu.
When to go
- Open 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Closed during the New Year holidays.
- Reopened May 29, 2021, after earthquake damage.
