What it is

  • Founded in 1706 by Murayama Denbe in Mashike Town, Hokkaido.
  • Dedicated to the deity Ichikishimahime-no-Mikoto and four other distinct deities.
  • The current main hall is a Tangible Cultural Property completed in 1901.
  • Merged with Miyoshi Shrine in 1996 and Kumano Shrine in 1998.
