Naganuma Shrine

What it is

• A former district shrine dedicated to the three deities of pioneering.
• The enshrined deities were originally divided from the Sapporo Shrine.
• Founded as a small Prince Shotoku shrine by Tokuzo Hayashi in 1895.
• Registered as a formal religious corporation in 1946.
