Shōbō-ji Temple

What it is

• A Nichiren Shoshu temple also known by the mountain name Shinjitsuzan
• Founded in 1893 by the 56th High Priest Nichio
• The current building represents the seventh generation structure on this site
• Relocated to the Takamori-cho area in September 2003
