玉泉院丸庭园是金泽城内的一座传统风格庭园。其阶梯式设计营造出垂直感。设计特色包括一道阶梯状瀑布，从庭园独特的石墙上流下。在周五、周六以及公共假日前一天的日落之后，庭园会点亮随季节变化的绚丽色彩。
玉泉庵茶室 overlooking the garden. Outside the teahouse, there is covered, free seating to leisurely view the garden from an elevated vantage point.
Gyokuseninmaru Garden is named after Gyokusenin, the wife of the second lord of the Kaga domain (present-day Ishikawa and around). Historically it was used as a private garden by the lords of the domain. It has been carefully restored to look much as it did at the end of the Edo period (1603–1867).
