What it is
- A Soto Zen Buddhist temple.
- Founded by Zen master Yoshitsu Inba.
- Originally a Shingon temple from 1532.
- Converted to Soto Zen in 1571.

- The principal image: Eleven-faced Kannon Bosatsu.
- A gorinto believed to be Sakuma Katsuyuki's grave.
- Sakuma Katsuyuki was buried here in 1630.
