Bussan-ji Temple

What it is

• A Rinzai Zen temple, Myoshin-ji school.
• Founded between 964 and 968 by Shoku.
• Originally a base for Yufu-dake mountain worship.

• The main image is a stone Yufu Reizan Kannon Bosatsu.
