Chikami-yama

What it is

• A 243.5-meter mountain located within the Setonaikai National Park in Imabari City.
• Site of a temple founded by Gyoki in 720 and later renamed by Kukai.
• The original location of Fudoin Enmyoji temple before it moved to the base in 1727.
• The birthplace of Senzanki, a local dish originally made from mountain pheasants.

• A summit observatory providing views of the Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge.
