What it is

  • A Shingon-shu Buzan-ha Buddhist temple.
  • Founded by Nakayama Tanji Takenobu.
  • Rebuilt by Priest Chokaku during the Eisho era.
  • First temple of the Koma Thirty-three Kannon Pilgrimage.

  • Many gravestones of the Nakayama clan.
  • Nakayama Nobuyoshi wooden monument.
  • Chikan-ji Itabashitoba in the treasure house.
