Chikatsu Shrine (Kuki Honcho)

Chikatsu Shrine is a historic local shrine, relocated but preserving Edo-period artifacts.
What it is
- A village shrine of Kuki Honcho.
- Relocated in May 1999 due to road construction.
- Six shrines were merged into it in 1909.
What to see
- A main hall and a shrine office.
- Stone monument inscribed with the shrine's name.
- Hand-washing basin from 1830.
- Two pairs of guardian lion-dogs.
- One pair of lion-dogs dedicated in 1860.
- A votive picture of the Lantern Festival.
