- Opened in June 1999 as Osaka Prefectural Large Children's Hall Big Bang.
- Transferred to Sakai City in March 2021 and reopened in June 2021.

- First floor has a picture book area and a baby area.
- Newly installed trick art staircase with AR.
- Chotto Ban adventure playground is on the same site.
