What it is

  • A Shingon-shu Buzan-ha temple in Tokyo's Nerima Ward.
  • Founded in 1613 by Keisan Ajari.
  • Named Chomei-ji in 1640.
  • Received red seal land from Tokugawa Iemitsu in 1648.
