Daichi-in
大智院
Daichi-in is a historic temple founded by Prince Shotoku, home to unique statues and an ancient camphor tree.
What it is
- Shingon-shu Chizan-ha temple, founded by Prince Shotoku.
- Principal image is Shō Kannon Bosatsu, created by Prince Shotoku.
- Became a prayer temple for the Saji clan in 1498.
