What it is

  • A Tendai sect temple.
  • The 29th sacred site of Sagami New Shikoku 33 Kannon.
  • Restored during the Jishō era (1177-1181) by Sōen Tsuchiya.
  • Rebuilt in 1949 after being destroyed in an air raid.
