Eishō-in Temple is a historic Jōdo-shū temple in Tokyo with a unique tree and notable graves.
What it is
- Jōdo-shū Buddhist temple in Bunkyō, Tokyo.
- Founded in 1589 by Kyōrenja Junyo Shōnin.
- Built by Ichitada's mother, Eishō-in.
- Relocated to its current site in 1648.
