Enzō-in Temple

What it is

• A Shingon-shu Buzan-ha temple.
• Founded by Kakunin Shonin during the Tenbun era (1532-1555).
• Became a branch temple of Zen'yō-ji in the Enpō era.
• Served as a bettō-ji of Oki Tenso Jinja in the Edo period.

• An Itabi with a Kagen 4th year, 2nd month inscription.
• The Itabi is a designated tangible cultural property.

• A Nenbutsu-kō is held on the 24th of every month.
