What it is

  • A temple of the Shingon-shu Buzan-ha sect.
  • Founded in 1319 by Chishin.
  • Moved to its current site after a fire in the Meiwa era.

  • Three historic Itabi (stone tablets).
  • One Itabi dates back to 1354.
  • The 1354 Itabi is the oldest in Nakano Ward.
