Funakoshi Shrine

What it is

• A village shrine in Shima City, Mie Prefecture.
• Dedicated to Amaterasu Sumiokami, the main deity.

• A bronze statue of a sacred horse, dedicated in 1986.
• A 1.5m tall, 1.3m diameter horseshoe-shaped stone.
