What it is

  • Dedicated to Hachiman-shin (Homudawake-no-mikoto).
  • Also known as Shimomiya Hachimangu.
  • Founded during the Tenmon era, invited from Kamakura.
  • Relocated in 1913 due to Watarase flood control.
