What it is

  • A shrine in Niihama City, Ehime Prefecture.
  • Enshrines Izanagi-no-Mikoto, Izanami-no-Mikoto, and Kikuri-hime-no-Mikoto.
  • Founded in 697 by En-no-Ozunu.
  • Known as Hakusan Daigongen before the Meiji Restoration.
