Hikawa Shrine
氷川神社
Hikawa Shrine is a historic Tokyo shrine, guarding the area since the Oei era.
What it is
- Also called Futabacho Hikawa Shrine.
- Founded during the Oei era (1394-1428).
- Guarded Itabashi-shuku during the Edo period.
- Inari Shrine merged with it in 1907.
