Hirahama-hachimangū
平濱八幡宮

What it is
- A shrine in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture.
- Founded before 1111, it is the oldest Hachiman-gū in Izumo Province.
- It enshrines Emperor Ōjin, Emperor Chūai, and Empress Jingū.
- It was a detached palace of Iwashimizu Hachiman-gū in Kyoto.
