Hokoku Shrine honors Toyotomi Hideyoshi, offering a glimpse into Japan's feudal past.
What it is
- Founded in 1600, dedicated to Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
- Also enshrines Kato Kiyomasa and Kimura Shigenari.
- Rebuilt in 1793 as Ebisu-gu, renamed Toyokuni Shrine in 1920.

- The worship hall, rebuilt in 1898.
