Hokusei Shrine is a historic site dedicated to local guardian deities, easily accessible by train.
What it is
- Founded by the Soma clan, lords of Neto Castle.
- Originally enshrined Myoken Bosatsu around the medieval period.
- Served as a guardian deity for local residents.
- Deity changed to Amenominakanushi no Mikoto.
