This historic Buddhist temple, founded by a disciple of Shinran, houses significant artifacts.
What it is
- A Jodo Shinshu Honganji-ha Buddhist temple.
- Founded by Shinran's disciple, Wada no Shinsho.
- Originally named Wada Dojo.
- Converted to Honganji in 1311.

- The principal image is Amida Nyorai.
- A painting of Buddha's Nirvana from 1328.
- A monument for Shigeru Kobayashi, erected in 2016.
