Ikegami Baien is a tranquil plum garden park with tea houses, once a painter's home.
What it is
- A public park in Ota Ward, Tokyo.
- Formerly the home and studio of painter Ito Shinsui.
- Transferred to Ota Ward in 1978.

- Plum gardens with 370 plum trees.
- Two tea houses: Chōu-an and Seigetsu-an.
- A Japanese-style room and an observation deck.
- A Yakuimon gate.
When to go
- Closed on Mondays.
