Isono Shrine

What it is

• A Shikinaisha shrine in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture.
• Dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami's Aramitama and Takekunikoribetsunomikoto.
• Formerly called Isonomiya, rebuilt in 1606 after being burned.
• The shrine's crest is a 'Goshoguruma' (imperial carriage).
