- Founded in 1946 by Yoshimura Kameji.
- Received a分霊 of Okuninushi-no-Mikoto in 1948.
- Promoted to Izumo Taisha Osaka Bunshi in 1958.

- The main gate, completed in 1960.
- The main hall and old Kagura-den, completed in 1962.
- The new Kagura-den and Kyoshu-den, completed in 1989.
