Jisso-in is a Soto Zen temple with a rich history and a beautiful main deity.
What it is
- A Soto Zen temple, founded by Ten'ei Rintatsu Daiojo.
- Named after Kira Ujiaki's and his wife's posthumous names.
- Received a red seal letter in 1648.

- The main hall, renovated in 1957.
- The temple gate, built in 1993.
- A pagoda, completed in 2012.
- A seated Yakushi Nyorai statue, the main deity.
