Jōgen-ji Temple

What it is

• A Nichiren Shu temple in Kawasaki City affiliated with Ikegami Honmon-ji.
• Founded in 1506 as a Shingon sect temple before converting in 1526.
• The temple moved to its current location in 1724.
• The main hall was rebuilt in 1961 after damage from the Kawasaki Air Raid.
