Jōyū-ji Temple

Jōyū-ji Temple is a Nichiren-shu temple with unique Jizō statues, rebuilt in traditional style.

- A Nichiren-shu Buddhist temple.
- Founded in 1630 by Ryūgakuin Nichō.
- Relocated to its current site in 1947.

- Main hall is a two-story wooden building.
- Main hall rebuilt in Muromachi period style.
- Daikokuten enshrined on the first floor.
- Jizō-dō enshrines Higiri Jizō Bosatsu.
- Jizō-dō also enshrines Mizuko Jizō Bosatsu.
