Jufuku-ji Temple
寿福寺
Jufukuji is a historic Tendai temple in Tokyo with a unique main hall and ancient stone monument.
What it is
- A Tendai sect temple.
- Founded in 1615 by Hōsan DaiaJari.
- Formerly a bettō-ji of Karasumori Inari Shrine.

- A Kamakura period Itabi stone monument.
- The main hall, rebuilt in 1975.
- A 'Nenbutsu-dō' plaque from its former main hall.
