What it is

  • Established between 859 and 877.
  • Dedicated to Homudawake-no-mikoto and Okinagatarashihime-no-mikoto.
  • Also enshrines Kanayamahiko-no-mikoto.
  • Rebuilt and moved to current location in 1601.

  • The shrine's crest is a left-facing triple tomoe.

  • October 7th for a festival with clashing portable shrines.
