Kasukabe Hachiman Shrine

Kasukabe Hachiman Shrine is a historic shrine with unique sand dunes, easily accessible by train.
What it is
- Shrine dedicated to Hachiman-no-Okami and Empress Jingu.
- Takenouchi-no-Sukune-no-Mikoto is also enshrined.
- Possibly founded between 1331 and 1334.
- Kasukabe Shigeyuki invited the deity from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu.
