Ketoku-in Temple is a historic Buddhist temple in Tokyo, notable for its principal image of Enma Daio.
What it is
- A Tendai sect Buddhist temple.
- Founded in the 9th century by Jikaku Daishi Ennin.
- Originally named Risei-in, renamed Ketoku-in in Enkyo era.
- Destroyed in 1923, moved to current location in 1928.
