Kōshōji Kofun

What it is
- A keyhole-shaped tumulus from the early Kofun period.
- Identified in 1953, designated a historic site in 1975.
- Developed into a park between 1999 and 2000.
What to see
- The tumulus is about 54 meters long.
- Posterior circular part has a diameter of about 34 meters.
- Three box-shaped stone coffins were found.
- Magatama and kudatama beads were unearthed.
- Located on a hill 46 meters above sea level.
