- A Shikinaisha and Ichinomiya of Echigo Province.
- Dedicated to Okuninushi-no-kami and other deities.
- Moved to its current site in 1879.
- Formerly held the rank of Prefectural Shrine.

- A cluster of one-sided reeds on the grounds.
- Wooden komainu statues, a cultural property.
- Ancient documents, also a cultural property.

- Annual festival is held on May 3rd.
