Kusahaka Kofun is a rare 7th-century square burial mound with a large stone chamber and sarcophagus.

- A square-shaped kofun (ancient burial mound).

- The mound measures 27 meters long, 21 meters wide.
- Mound has fukiishi (stone coverings), but no haniwa (clay figures).
