Mangyō-ji Temple

Mangyō-ji Temple is a historic Jōdo Shinshū temple with important cultural properties.
What it is
- A Jōdo Shinshū Honganji-ha sect temple.
- Founded in 1529 by Shōkū.
- Received its current name in 1536.

- Main hall and priest's living quarters, rebuilt in 1874.
- Wooden standing statue of Amida Nyorai, a National Important Cultural Property.
