A 3,055-meter peak in the Southern Alps offering high-altitude ridge hiking between Japan's second and fourth tallest mountains.
What it is
- A 3,055-meter mountain peak located in the northern Akaishi Mountains.
- A central point on a high-altitude ridge connecting Mount Kita and Mount Aino.
- The primary source of both the Noro River and the Arakawa River.
- Named by Usui Kojima in July 1908 and also known as Nakashiramine.
