Mount Tateshina

What it is

• A 2,531-meter composite volcano located at the northern end of Yatsugatake.
• One of the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains, also known as Suwa Fuji.

• A lava dome mountain featuring a summit covered in block-shaped lava.
