Myōan-ji Temple
妙安寺
Myoanji is a historic Shinshu temple with cultural properties, founded by a disciple of Shinran.
What it is
- A Shinshu Otani-ha temple.
- Founded in 1233 by Seinen, a disciple of Shinran.
- Moved to its current Maebashi location in 1601.
- Received the name 'Osato Gobo' from Higashi Hongan-ji.
