Myōsen-ji Temple

Myosen-ji is a historic Rinzai Buddhist temple, rebuilt after battle, with a unique cattle health prayer custom.

- Founded by the monk Gyoki.
- Rebuilt in 1351 by Akamatsu Mitsunori.
