Ogura Shrine
巨椋神社
Ogura Shrine is a historic site in Uji, dedicated to four kami, with ancient trees and tea history.
What it is
- A Shikinaishosha shrine in Uji City.
- Dedicated to Takemikazuchi-no-kami and Futsunushi-no-kami.
- Also enshrines Amenokoyane-no-kami and Hime-no-Okami.
- Tutelary deity of the Ogura clan and Ogura region.
