Oyamazumi Shrine

- Dedicated to the god of mountains and seas at the foot of Mount Washigato.
- Historically known as the Ichinomiya or first shrine of Iyo Province.

- A massive collection of samurai armor including forty percent of Japan's national treasures.
- The main hall and worship hall designated as National Important Cultural Properties.
- Thirty-eight camphor trees on the grounds designated as national natural monuments.

- The Omishima Maritime Museum located directly on the shrine premises.
