Mount Kogane

What it is

• A 739.1-meter mountain located within the Shokanbetsu-Teuri-Yagishiri Quasi-National Park in Ishikari City.
• Designated as a National Scenic Beauty in 2009 as part of the Pirikanoka cultural landscape.
• Known by the Ainu name Pinnetaiorusipe and locally referred to as Hamamasu Fuji.
• A prominent peak situated to the east of Mount Maruyama.

What to see
