Fuka-ji Temple is a historic Koyasan Shingon temple with significant cultural properties.

- Founded as Raikoin in 701 by Gyoki.
- Main deity is an Eleven-faced Kannon.
- Fujiwara no Tadahira ordered construction in 941.
