Ryūō-in Temple

Ryūō-in Temple is a historic Shingon Buddhist temple, a short walk from two stations.
What it is
- A Shingon-shu Chizan-ha Buddhist temple.
- Presumed to have existed during the Sengoku period.
- Restored in 1557 by Yūe.
- Prospered due to its association with Benzaiten.

- The former upper shrine of Tamagawa Benzaiten.
