Ryōkan-ji Temple is an Edo-period Buddhist temple, part of two pilgrimage routes, worth visiting for its history.

- A Shingon-shu Buzan-ha Buddhist temple.
- Founded in the early Edo period.
- The 29th site of the New Shikoku Shika-ryo 88 Sacred Sites.
- One of the Shibamata Seven Gods of Fortune (Hotei-son).

- The principal image is Kannon Bosatsu.
- It was called "Shirite no Kannon" from the Edo period.
