Sarutahiko Shrine is a small, historic shrine in Fukuoka, known for its unique Koshin Festival.

- Originally a Dōsojin at a highway entrance.
- Managed by Koyo Hachimangu Shrine.

- Stone pillars at the entrance, rebuilt in 1713.

- Koshin Festival is held on Koshin days.
- Sarumen masks are sold only on Koshin Festival days.
